Text
(1)At the end of each month, all fees collected
by the clerk of the supreme court during said month, except fees for admission to
the bar and attorney registration fees, shall be deposited by the clerk with the state
treasurer, by whom the same shall be kept separate and apart from all other funds
in the state treasurer's hands.
