Text
It is the duty of the librarian to keep his office
open every day in the year, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excepted, from 8:30
a.m. until 5 p.m. of each day, so that the public may have access to the library,
under such rules and regulations as the supreme court may prescribe.
