§ 13-2-113 — Fees of clerk of supreme court
Except for the court of appeals
docket fees, the supreme court is authorized to fix such fees for the services of the
clerk of said court, in causes pending therein, as to the court seems proper, such
fees to be paid by the parties to a cause pursuant to law and the order of the court.
