With the approval of the court, two or
more parties to an action may agree, by written stipulation filed with the court or by
oral stipulation in open court, to no award of attorney fees or licensed legal
paraprofessional fees or an award of attorney fees or licensed legal
paraprofessional fees in a manner different from that provided in this article 17.
