Text
The enactment of SB 23-170
and the provisions of this article 14.5 authorizing the court to enter an order
pursuant to section 13-14.5-103 or 13-14.5-104 do not limit, change, void, or
otherwise impact an extreme risk protection order entered by the court pursuant to
this article 14.5 prior to the effective date of SB 23-170. Any such order remains in
effect until it expires by its own terms or is terminated by the court.
