Text
Any person who has in the person's custody,
possession, or control a firearm, or purchases, possesses, or receives a firearm with
knowledge that the person is prohibited from doing so by an extreme risk
protection order or temporary extreme risk protection order issued pursuant to this
article 14.5 is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
