§ 13-10-123 — Procedendo on dismissal
Upon dismissal of an appeal, the clerk
of the appellate court shall at once issue a procedendo to the municipal court from
the judgment on which appeal was taken, to the amount of the judgment and all
costs incurred before the municipal court.
