§ 13-10-122 — Docket fee - dismissal
The appellant shall pay a docket fee as
provided by law to the clerk of the appellate court, within fourteen days from the
date he or she ordered the transcript of record. If he or she does not do so, his or her
appeal may be dismissed on motion of the municipality.
