Text

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)Proposed public securities means public securities for which a public entity has:
(a)Entered into a binding sale contract subject to customary conditions; or
(b)Received voter approval pursuant to section 20 of article X of the state constitution.
(2)Public entity means any of the following entities: The state of Colorado; any institution, agency, instrumentality, authority, county, city, town, city and county, district, or other political subdivision of the state, including any school district and institution of higher education; any institution, department, agency, instrumentality, or authority of any entity listed in this subsection (2); and any other entity, organization, or corporation formed by intergo
