Text
Nothing in articles 40 to 46
of this title shall be construed to prevent an association or person affected by any
order, ruling, proceeding, act, or action of the commissioner or the financial services
board or any person acting on behalf and at the instance of the commissioner or the
financial services board, or both, from testing the validity of the same in any court
of competent jurisdiction, through injunction, appeal, or other proper process or
proceeding, mandatory or otherwise.
