Text
There is created a division
of financial services in the department of regulatory agencies, which shall be
administered by the state commissioner of financial services. When any law of this
state refers to the savings and loan department of the state of Colorado, said law
shall be construed as referring to the division of financial services. The division of
financial services and the office of the state commissioner of financial services are type 2 entities, as defined in section 24-1-105.
