§ 11-41-106 — Approval of articles of incorporation
The articles of
incorporation of any savings and loan association organized under articles 40 to 46
of this title shall not be filed in the office of the secretary of state of the state of
Colorado or be received by the secretary of state for filing unless accompanied by a
certificate of approval by the commissioner.
