§ 11-30-121 — Change in place of business
A credit union may change its place
of business to a location outside of the county or city and county in which
previously located upon receiving written permission therefor from the
commissioner. A credit union may change its place of business within the county or
city and county in which previously located by providing written notice of the new
address and the effective date of such change to the commissioner.
