Any bank,
savings and loan association, credit union, or any agent or employee of such
financial institutions that makes a disclosure of records or information on the
direction contained in a lawful notice, subpoena, written request, search warrant,
grand jury subpoena, or other process issued by any governmental authority or by a
court is not civilly or criminally liable for such disclosure, nor is the financial
institution liable to the customer or any other person for such disclosure.
