Text
The general assembly finds, determines,
and declares its intent to adopt a central filing system for security interests
relating to farm products pursuant to section 1324 of the federal Food Security
Act of 1985, Pub.L. 99-198. The general assembly further finds, determines, and
declares that upon the certification and operation of this central filing system,
security interest holders shall use such system in lieu of any other notice provided
by section 1324 of the federal Food Security Act of 1985 for farm products used
or produced in the state of Colorado which are included in the central filing system,
except as otherwise allowed by this article or required by law.
