§ 4-9-525 — Fees
(a)Except as otherwise provided in subsection (f) of this
section and subject to section 24-75-402, C.R.S., fees for services rendered by the
secretary of state under this part 5 shall be determined and collected pursuant to
section 24-21-104, C.R.S.
(b)Except as otherwise provided in subsection (f) of this section, the fee for
filing and indexing a record under this part 5 in a filing office described in section 4-9-501 (a)(1) shall not exceed:
(1)Ten dollars if the record is communicated in writing and consists of one or
two pages;
(2)Fifteen dollars if the record is communicated in writing and consists of
more than two pages; and
(3)Five dollars if the record is communicated by another medium authorized
by filing-office rule.
