Text
Except as provided in part 3 of this article 13, a
transaction validly entered into before the effective date of this article 13 and the
rights, duties, and interests flowing from the transaction remain valid thereafter
and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or
permitted by law other than this title 4 or, if applicable, this title 4, as though this
article 13 had not taken effect.
