§ 4-12-103 — Relation to article 9 and consumer laws
(a)If there is conflict
between this article 12 and article 9 of this title 4, article 9 of this title 4 governs.
(b)A transaction subject to this article 12 is subject to any applicable rule of
law that establishes a different rule for consumers and any other state law.
