The consent of the state of Colorado is hereby given to the purchase by the United States, for the enlargement of the military reservation of Fort Logan in the county of Arapahoe in this state, of the west half of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section five and north half of section seven, all in township five south, range sixty-eight west, of the sixth principal meridian, containing about three hundred and forty acres; and exclusive jurisdiction is ceded thereover for all purposes whatsoever; and the consent of the state of Colorado is further given to the purchase by the United States, for the purpose of a target range for Fort Logan, Colorado, of the east half of section twenty and all of section twenty-nine, township six south, range sixty-six west, of the
