(1)A contract or extension of
contract entered into after May 25, 2017, to publish or print the Colorado Revised
Statutes pursuant to section 2-5-105 must specify that the paper used must meet
the alkaline reserve minimum requirements and acidity levels for uncoated paper
established by the American national standards institute and the national
information standards organization (ANSI/NISO Z39.48-1992 (R2009)).
(2)This provision does not affect any contract that is in effect on January 1,
2017.
