§ 2-3-1302 — Capital development committee established

(1)There is hereby established a joint committee of the senate and house of representatives officially known as the capital development committee. The committee functions during the legislative sessions and during the interim between sessions. The committee consists of six members selected as follows:
(a)Three members from the senate, two appointed by the president of the senate and one appointed by the minority leader of the senate; and
(b)Three members from the house of representatives, two appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives and one appointed by the minority leader of the house of representatives.
