Colorado Statutes
§ 2-3-108 — Special audits
Any member of the general assembly or the
governor may request the committee to direct a special audit of any department,
institution, or agency, and, upon the vote of the majority of the committee
approving such request, the state auditor shall make or cause to be made such
audit.
