Text
The general assembly finds and declares
that in addition to the protections against interference with the legislative process
afforded by the provisions of sections 18-4-401, 18-4-501, 18-8-102, 18-8-306, and
18-9-110, C.R.S., there is a need for legislation under which appropriate action may
be taken to prevent the commission of acts prohibited under said sections.
