Text

(1)The secretary of the senate and the chief clerk of the house of representatives shall deliver one copy of each of the published journals to the supreme court library and twenty-two copies to the Colorado state library for delivery to twenty designated Colorado state documents depositories; except that, if the state library supplies microfiche copies of the published journals to the state documents depositories, only four copies of the published journals shall be delivered.
(2)The secretary of the senate and the chief clerk of the house of representatives shall send a joint written notice to each county clerk and recorder in the state that the published journals are available.
