Text
All such officers and
employees, except as otherwise provided in this part 3, shall be selected by the
house employing them, and they shall perform the duties usually performed by like
officers and employees, and all other duties as may be required of them by the
house employing them. All clerks provided for in this part 3 shall be assignable and
all printing clerks shall be skilled and competent proofreaders.
