(a)Each work activity program vendor shall, at a minimum, annually review the status of consumers participating in their program to determine whether these individuals would benefit from vocational rehabilitation services, including supported employment.
(b)If it is determined that the consumer would benefit from vocational rehabilitation services, the work activity program vendor shall, in conjunction with the regional center and in accordance with the
individual program plan process, refer the consumer to the Department of Rehabilitation.
