California·Code WIC Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC·Div. 4.5. DIVISION 4.5. SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED·Ch. 13. CHAPTER 13. Habilitation Services For Persons With Developmental Disabilities
A consumer shall be referred to a provider of habilitation services under this chapter when all of the following apply:
(a)The individual is an adult who has been diagnosed as having a developmental disability.
(b)The individual is determined to be in need of and has chosen habilitation services through the individual program planning process pursuant to Section 4646.
