Text
(a)Each new or renewal application for a psychiatric residential treatment facility license shall be accompanied by a licensing fee and an application fee paid to the State Department of Health Care Services for its costs in connection with the licensing of these facilities.
(b)The amount of the application fee and the licensing fee shall be determined and collected by the State Department of Health Care Services. The total amount of the fees collected shall not exceed the actual costs of licensure and oversight of psychiatric residential treatment facility programs.
(c)The State Department of Health Care Services shall waive the licensing fees and application fees for psychiatric
