Text

The State Department of Health Care Services shall, to the extent resources are available, provide program development guidelines, evaluation models, and operational assistance on all aspects of services to a person with a mental illness of any age. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:

(a)Self-help programs.
(b)Housing development.
(c)Disaster preparation.
(d)Vocational services.
(e)Regional programs.
(f)Multiple diagnosis programs.
