(a)The amount allocated to each county probation department from the Juvenile Reentry Grant Special Account established in paragraph (2) of subdivision (c) of Section 30025 of the Government Code shall be allocated in monthly installments. In each fiscal year, the amount allocated to each county probation department from the Juvenile Reentry Grant Special Account shall be distributed pursuant to the criteria set forth in this section.
(b)For the 2024–25 fiscal year, funds shall be distributed pursuant to the following criteria:
(1)For wards discharged from the Division of Juvenile Justice, the following criteria shall apply:
(A)Consistent with Section 1766, funds shall be allocated in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) on an average daily population basis per
