The director shall assign adequate personnel to carry out duties related to the administration of this article. In selecting personnel to fill any position under this section, the director shall comply with the discrimination prohibition of subdivision (a) of Section 12940 of the Government Code. The director shall review staffing annually. The committee of licensed blind vendors shall be allowed to provide input regarding the adequacy of the staffing levels for the Business Enterprises Program prior to the director’s annual review.
