Text

The governing board of any county, city, city and county, or other political subdivision or the persons or entities owning or controlling private property, may construct and install on their property, or permit the construction and installation of, vending facilities for operation by blind persons licensed under this article. The amount of space allotted for this purpose shall be sufficient to serve adequately the number of persons to be served and provide the kind of services to be rendered.
