(a)All motor vehicle license fee revenues collected in the 1991–92 fiscal year that are deposited to the credit of the Local Revenue Fund shall be credited to the Vehicle License Fee Account of that fund.
(b)
(1)For the 1992–93 fiscal year through the 2014–15 fiscal year, inclusive, from vehicle license fee proceeds from revenues deposited to the credit of the Local Revenue Fund, the Controller shall make monthly deposits to the Vehicle License Fee Account of the Local Revenue Fund until the deposits equal the amounts that were allocated to counties, cities, and cities and counties in the prior fiscal year pursuant to this chapter from the Vehicle License Fee Account in the Local Revenue Fund and the Vehicle License Fee Account and the Vehicle License Fee Growth Account in the Loca
