(a)The Board of Juvenile Hearings shall meet at each of the facilities under the jurisdiction of the Division of Juvenile Facilities. Meetings shall be held at whatever times may be necessary for a full and complete study of the cases of all wards whose matters are considered. Other times and places of meeting may also be designated by the board, including, but not limited to, prisons or state facilities housing wards under the jurisdiction of the Division of Juvenile Facilities. Each commissioner of the board shall receive his or her actual necessary traveling expenses incurred in the performance of his or her official duties.
