Text

The sworn statements, affidavits or affirmations of each applicant or recipient of aid under Chapter 5 of this part, shall be presumed to be true, except with respect to degree of blindness. This section shall not be interpreted to preclude a full and complete investigation by the agency administering aid to the blind.
