California·Code WAT Water Code - WAT·Div. 30. DIVISION 30. CalConserve Water Use Efficiency Revolving Loan Program·Part 3. PART 3. Implementation
Projects shall have one or more of the following benefits:
(a)Measurably reduce urban per capita potable water use.
(b)Measurably reduce agricultural water use.
(c)Increase the use or availability of recycled water supply.
(d)Reduce greenhouse gas emission and water and energy use.
