California·Code WAT Water Code - WAT·Div. 27. DIVISION 27. PURCHASE AND SALE OF ELECTRIC POWER·Ch. 6. CHAPTER 6. Audit
The California State Auditor’s Office shall conduct a financial and performance audit of the department’s implementation of this division. The audit shall be completed before December 31, 2001. The office shall issue a final report on or before March 31, 2003.
