§ 35304. — 35304. (Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 390.)
California·Code WAT Water Code - WAT·Div. 13. DIVISION 13. CALIFORNIA WATER DISTRICTS·Part 5. PART 5. POWERS AND PURPOSES·Ch. 1. CHAPTER 1. By-Laws
The by-laws shall also provide for:
(a)The location of the district office.
(b)The method of changing the location of the office.
(c)The method of amending or repealing the by-laws.
(d)Suitable penalties for the violation of the by-laws not to exceed in any one case two hundred dollars ($200) for any one offense.
