California·Code WAT Water Code - WAT·Div. 11. DIVISION 11. IRRIGATION DISTRICTS·Part 2. PART 2. FORMATION·Ch. 4. CHAPTER 4. Establishment of District
The board of supervisors shall immediately file for record in the office of the county recorder of each affected county a certified copy of the order declaring the district formed and shall also immediately forward a copy to the clerk of the board of supervisors of each affected county.
