Text

The following fees shall be paid to the department:

(a)Except as provided by Section 42231, a nonrefundable fee for the original issuance of a license, fifty dollars ($50).
(b)Fee for license renewal, fifty dollars ($50).
(c)Fee for a duplicate license, fifteen dollars ($15).
