Text

(a)Every assignee, receiver, trustee in bankruptcy, or other representative of an insolvent employing unit, and every administrator or executor of the estate of a deceased employing unit, shall within 30 days after assuming office send notice in writing of the name and address of the employing unit, his own name and address, and such other information as may be required by the director.
(b)Within four months after the mailing of the notice required of every administrator or executor of the estate of a deceased employing unit under subdivision (a), the director shall file or present his claim for contributions, penalty, and interest based upon wages paid by the employing unit during his lifetime. The administrator or executor of the estate of a deceased employing unit shall succeed
