California·Code SHC Streets and Highways Code - SHC·Div. 4. DIVISION 4. THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INVESTIGATION, LIMITATION AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931·Part 1. PART 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As used in this division “legislative body” shall include the governing body of any district or other public corporation authorized by law to construct such public improvements.
