Text

Except as otherwise provided in this part, all elections conducted in the district shall be conducted as nearly as practicable in accordance with the general election laws of the State. The provisions of such election laws relating to the form of ballots and the making of nominations and the selection or appointment of officers of election, shall not apply to district elections. No irregularity or informality in conducting any district election which does not substantially affect adversely the legal rights of any person who is entitled to vote at that election shall invalidate or affect the election.
