§ 25154. — 25154. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 284.)

The report of the board of directors shall contain the following:
(a)
A general description of the approximate route and location of the highway or highways proposed to be improved.
(b)
The estimated cost of the improvement.
(c)
The general location and extent of any property or rights of way necessary for the entire improvement or for the improvement of the unit proposed to be immediately undertaken, together with the estimated cost of acquisition.
(d)
A statement and recommendation of the portion or unit of the project which the board of directors recommends for immediate improvement, which may be the whole or any part of the project proposed.
(e)
A statement of the estimated cost of each unit proposed to be immediately improved in the event that the board of directors determines upon the improvement of any unit less than the whole.
(f)
A statement of the method of financing proposed by the board of directors.
(g)
A statement of the amount of contribution, if any, to be requested of the State.
(h)
A statement of the proportionate amounts of the cost of the unit or units proposed to be borne within the several counties composing the district, after deducting any contribution to be made by the State.
(i)
If any particular unit is proposed for immediate construction and that unit is less than the whole project, a statement of a proposed program for the improvement of the other units necessary to complete the project.
