California·Code PUC Public Utilities Code - PUC·Div. 10. DIVISION 10. TRANSIT DISTRICTS·Part 11.5. PART 11.5. CLEAN AIR AND TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1990·Ch. 3. CHAPTER 3. Grants
Eleven million dollars ($11,000,000) shall be allocated to the Santa Cruz County Transportation Commission for the following:
(a)Intercity passenger rail projects connecting the City of Santa Cruz with the Watsonville Junction.
(b)Other rail projects within Santa Cruz County which facilitate recreational, commuter, intercity and intercounty travel.
