Two hundred two million dollars ($202,000,000) shall be allocated to the Los Angeles-San Diego Rail Corridor Agency for intercity and commuter rail projects for expenditure as follows:
(a)In San Diego County, forty
five million dollars ($45,000,000).
(b)In Orange County, eighty
two million dollars ($82,000,000).
(c)In Los Angeles County, seventy
five million dollars ($75,000,000).
