California·Code PUC Public Utilities Code - PUC·Div. 12.7. DIVISION 12.7. COUNTY AND REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION COMMISSIONS·Ch. 2. CHAPTER 2. San Diego County Regional Transportation Commission·Art. 3. ARTICLE 3. Administration
The commission shall do all of the following:
(a)Adopt an annual budget.
(b)Cause a postaudit of the financial transactions and records of the commission and of all revenues expended pursuant to this chapter to be made at least annually by a certified public accountant.
(c)Do any and all things necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
