§ 105284. — 105284. (Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 341, Sec. 4.)
California·Code PUC Public Utilities Code - PUC·Div. 10. DIVISION 10. TRANSIT DISTRICTS·Part 16. PART 16. SONOMA-MARIN AREA RAIL TRANSIT DISTRICT·Ch. 7. CHAPTER 7. Annexation
The resolution shall:
(a)Describe the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed.
(b)Designate the proposed annexation by an appropriate name.
(c)Declare that the area to be annexed to the district will be benefited by annexation.
(d)Name the time and place for the hearing of objections by any
person interested in the proposed annexation.
(e)Describe any terms and conditions of annexation agreed to between the district and the county pursuant to Section 105283.
