Text

Except to the extent otherwise provided in this chapter, ancillary administration of a decedent’s estate is subject to all other provisions of this code concerning the administration of the decedent’s estate, including, but not limited to, opening estate administration, inventory and appraisal, creditor claims, estate management, independent administration, compensation, accounts, payment of debts, distribution, and closing estate administration.
