California·Code PRC Public Resources Code - PRC·Div. 46. DIVISION 46. California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection, and Outdoor Access For All Act of 2018·Ch. 4. CHAPTER 4. Restoring California’s Natural, Historic, and Cultural Legacy
(a)Of the amount made available pursuant to Section 80070, five million dollars ($5,000,000) shall be available for grants to local agencies that operate a unit of the state park system to address urgent need for the restoration of aging infrastructure.
(b)For the purpose of awarding a grant under this section, a local cost share of not less than 25 percent of the total costs of the project shall be required. The cost-sharing requirement may be waived or reduced for a disadvantaged community.
